The annual Family Expo is one of Miami-Dade County’s largest free resource events for children and families. It connects local families with educational programs, after-school activities, health and wellness resources, arts, sports, STEM programs, and other enrichment opportunities.

During the event on August 1, 2026, our teachers volunteered to support participating families and shared information about Little Feather Chinese School. We enjoyed introducing more Miami-Dade families to our Mandarin Chinese classes for children and our language and cultural enrichment programs.

Community engagement is an important part of Little Feather’s mission. As a community-based Mandarin Chinese school in Miami, we strive not only to help children develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, but also to promote cultural understanding, confidence, communication, and personal growth.
